Absolutely. Due to the circumstances of COVID-19 virtual sessions with practitioners is becoming more common. I’m able to provide you with effective training regardless of your location and access to workout equipment. All you need is an internet connected device with a camera (smartphone, tablet, computer).

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you can do so online up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Cancellations within the 24 hour period must be completed by calling 705.627.3663, and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Appointments are available Monday – Friday and two Saturday’s a month, while hours may vary. Visit the online booking page to find a date and time that best fits your schedule.
